I'm Adrienne Strong, I live in Szászvár with my husband and our three children. As a mother, natural solutions have always been the safest option for me - especially when I experienced what it's like to live with the daily challenges of a milk protein allergy. This life situation reinforced my belief that supporting our bodies in a gentle, natural way is possible. My journey into the world of essential oils was a heartfelt calling. I have completed the basic training in aromatherapy, the AromaTouch technique, I do iTovi measurements, offer complex counselling and also work with the Symphony of Cells method. Sustainability and strategic thinking are not only my professional fields, but also the basis of my approach. I worked as a sustainable development manager in a Hungarian chemical company for almost a decade and then had the opportunity to continue my career in this field in Sweden. I have always been interested in how people lived in the past - how they could live in harmony with the Earth without exploiting it. That connection is now almost completely lost. Self-sufficiency, respect for food, following the rhythms of nature - all this was only natural a few generations ago. Today, we often confuse our needs with our desires, and our balance - with ourselves and with nature - has been upset. That's why I decided to look for my way forward by combining science and natural solutions: in harmony with the environment, sustainable development and individual responsibility, to find out how we can „return to the future”. I can still hear the voices of my great-grandmothers in my ears, who taught me so much - and only now, as I experience more and more, am I beginning to really understand it all. As my life changes, I am reminded more and more: from them I received a fundamental perspective, a quiet wisdom that is hard to put into words. And I'm not just talking about my one great-grandmother, I'm talking about their mother and their ancestors. It's some ancient force that haunts me from the depths of time, shaping me and quietly teaching me on - even if I don't always understand it immediately. Today I know: true values do not disappear, they live on silently within us. The really important realisation came when I was almost burnt out in corporate management, several pillars of my life were shaken, and I was forced to find myself again. I'm sure many of you are familiar with the "Wheel of Life" exercise - when I did it, I realised that 3/4 of my life was all about my career, while real joy, connection and spirituality were only present in traces, mostly related to my work. It was then that I realised that I didn't want to build other people's dreams, but to follow my own heartfelt path. The birth of my little girl confirmed this decision - to create a life where work, family and value creation are in harmony. I believe that wellbeing is a system: we need to create harmony on ecological, material and spiritual levels. This is the path I have embarked on. I feel this community is special because here we can connect along real values in a supportive atmosphere. The questions that concern me are: how can we live in a way that we take only what we really need - and what the earth can give? How can we find our way back to respect for nature and conscious living? What does it mean to live consciously? This is what I work on every day - experimenting, learning, experiencing. And that's why I am hopeful: I believe that if we think together and learn from each other, we can make a real difference. At first it might seem that all this goes beyond dōTERRA. In fact, it is precisely with it that they are fulfilled. My first encounter with dōTERRA was through On Guard oil. A dear friend of mine - to whom my soul is very close - gave me half a bottle of the oil when my then one-year-old daughter had been ill for days. Since then, I have smelled On Guard in our diffuser every night and turn to her for advice. For a long time I thought it was me, that I didn't feel comfortable with the pace of the world. That if I'm tired, if I'm falling apart, if I'm missing my femininity in everyday life, then I must be doing something wrong. And then I realised: I'm not alone in this. Between work, motherhood, relationships, expectations and the role of „good woman”, it's easy to lose who you are. I was the same way. I was back in the loop and suddenly I felt like everything was working - I just wasn't really there. Essential oils have become a gentle, quiet companion for me on this journey. They didn't solve my life. They didn't make me a „better woman”. They just helped me slow down. To stop. To feel. To find my way back to my body, through the smells, to the moment, to myself.
I am firstly a mother, secondly a doTerra wellness consultant and Premier level mentor, baby massage and children's yoga instructor and music teacher. The first time I sniffed the lemon oil bottle, I knew there was something wonderful locked in a 15 ml bottle. I'm Laura Nagy-Illés „ZENdítő”, I live in Győr-Moson-Sopron county, Hövej with my husband and 10 year old son.
