I left you with an insight in the previous section:
your quality of life is a consequence of your choices.
But what does this mean in practice?
What does it mean to „live vibrantly” - not just as a nice-sounding phrase, but in a real, liveable way?
1. Release of control
This is one of the most difficult.
And honestly?
Especially as a mother.
We want to solve it.
We want to control it.
Keep it all under control.
But the reality is that:
👉 you can't control everything.
And when you finally let go of that...
something is released.
Imagine riding a horse and suddenly letting go of the reins.
Is it scary? Yes.
But it's also incredibly free.
2. Allowing for lightness
There is a deeply held belief:
„Life is hard.”
But what if it doesn't have to be?
What if:
you don't always have to fight
you don't always have to prove it
you don't always have to survive
👉 But can it work for pleasure?
This is not naivety.
It is a choice.
3. Bringing back playfulness
It's something we almost completely forget as adults.
But it is there within us.
And sometimes that is the key in the middle of chaos.
For example, we have:
dancing while brushing your teeth
competition to see who can dress up faster
plush „travels” to nursery
Little things?
Yes.
But they change the whole mood.
The truth that few say
My life has not got any easier.
With 4 children it will not be „easy”.
There is chaos.
There is guilt.
There is fatigue.
But there's something we didn't have before:
👉 life.
Buzz.
Presence.
A pleasure.
The work that gave you freedom
One of the biggest changes was that I also dared to decide about my work.
Not just „working”.
building community
I learn and teach
I am evolving
I can be myself
And most importantly:
👉 not building someone else's life.
It's my own.
The question now is:
Not whether it is possible to live like this.
It is:
What decision will you make today?
What are you changing?
What are you saying no to?
What are you finally saying yes to?
You don't need everything at once.
Just one thing.
A decision.
Close
I was no more special.
I was no braver.
I didn't have any more opportunities.
I just decided.
And that changed everything.
