Welcome here on the Essence of Life blog.

This space will be all about you.

If you're here now, you're probably one of those women who make it through every day.

You work, you care, you watch, you organise, you manage.

And more and more often you feel tired.

Not necessarily physically.

It's inside.

This blog was born because I have been a mother for almost 14 years.

My children are in four different age groups, which means that almost every stage of life is present in my life at the same time.

Different needs.

Different challenges.

Different rhythms.

And at the same time, I had the desire to be everywhere.

Be a good mother.

To be present.

Function.

Honestly: it was not easy.

There was a time when I felt like I was giving all the time, but I barely had any left for myself.

I wasn't „unwell”, but the weight of everyday life was getting heavier.

For a long time, I was looking for tools that could really help me lighten my daily load.

I wasn't looking for quick fixes, but for real, sustainable handholds.

This is how aromatherapy came into my life.

Silently at first.

One scent at a time.

Self-interest.

Later, mindfulness, which helped me to be present again - not only for others, but for myself.

Not everything changed overnight.

But slowly, gently, it started to get easier.

This blog is for women who:

  • live in many roles at once
  • often overshadow themselves
  • feel they need more balance
  • are looking for natural, gentle solutions

There will be a word:

  •  aromatherapy - as a supportive tool
  •  mindfulness - small practices of presence
  •  self-care - without guilt
  •  about female balance - in real life

It is important for you to know that I never tell you what you should do.

I do not promise you a perfect life.

I'm not rushing you.

I'm just sharing with you what has helped me and what I learn every day.

This blog is a stop.

A reminder that you matter too.

That you are not alone.

And that balance is not a goal, but a process.

If you feel it's nice to be here, stay a while.

At your own pace.

With love,

Rita
